A major internal renovation completed in 2024, with significant structural work that reorganised the home around its greatest asset — sweeping views over Middle Harbour.
Structural openings dissolved the boundary between inside and out: full-height glazing now draws the water view through the living spaces, anchored by a sunlit calacatta-marble kitchen with olive-green joinery, a timber-lined living room with a long linear fireplace, and stone-wrapped bathrooms.
The structural complexity was managed entirely in-house — temporary works, steel and all trades coordinated by Andy under our transparent cost-plus arrangement, with the owners informed at every step.
