A complete renovation on Parkview Road, Fairlight, that rebuilt the home around a robust, honest material palette — polished concrete floors, blackened oak, warm timber and steel-framed glazing.
The open living level pairs a black-oak kitchen and stone-topped timber island with a rendered concrete fireplace wall. Upstairs, black-framed sliders open the bedrooms to a terrace with district and water views, and the travertine-finished bathroom layers stone basins over an oak vanity with soft concealed lighting. An oak stair rises through the house beneath a skylight, edged by a black steel handrail.
